General Terms of Camping Gradina - 2024

BUNGALOWS

1.Booking terms:

At booking and accommodation, each client is obliged to meet, accept and comply with their obligations specified in the Internal Rules of the campsite, posted on the website of Camping Gradina and displayed in a prominent place at the reception. At the same time they accept these General Terms, regardless of the way the booking is made (online, by phone or locally).

After receiving an advance payment from the client, the booking is valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED.

The notice of confirmation of the booking contains a description of the type and number of booked bungalows, date and time of check-in and check-out, number of adults and children, as well as other information specified in the booking request.

In the period between the request and the actual implementation of the booking, availability may change and this may lead to a change in the original price or its availability.

All bookings will remain temporary until the client pays the below deposit confirming the booking. After receiving the deposit, the campsite shall send to the client a notification for confirming of the booking.

Each booking is personal and the client is responsible for making any changes of it.

If the client makes a booking on behalf of a third party, they shall provide detailed information for the holder of the booking. The client is obliged to notify the holder of the booking in terms of our General Terms.

When booking, the client is obliged to inform the hotel of any special requirements in order to enable the staff to meet their needs.

For the entire period of stay, the client has the right to free access for 1 /one/ or 2 /two/ vehicles, depending on the type of bungalow booked, for which he receives a pass at reception upon check-in.

When booking, the client is to indicate the registration number of the car that will be entitled to free access.

Any second and subsequent car, which has arrived at the lessee's for any reason, is paid for at the regular price according to the announced price list at the parking lot entrance.

Light trucks, vans, campers and any other vehicles, other than cars, are only allowed on the premises for loading and unloading activities after prior arrangement with the Camping staff.

If the tenant wishes to use a jet, boat, ATV, etc., the Camping must be notified in advance. The positioning and operation of the above-mentioned is carried out in the proper order from the places indicated for this by the Camping staff - water corridors, storage place, stay, etc.

Prices and payment:

All prices published are for a bungalow per night and include:

o VAT o Tourist tax o Insurance o Parking place for a vehicle depending on the type of the bungalow: - One parking place for a one-room bungalow - Two parking places for a two-room bungalow o Umbrella and a lounge chair at the beach depending on the type of the bungalow: - A set of an umbrella and two lounge chairs for a one-room bungalow - Two sets of umbrella and two lounge chairs for a two-room bungalow o Free internet

Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD accepts the following methods of payment:

o In cash, BGN o By POS terminal, locally o By bank transfer on the following bank account:

** Payments and invoices**

When paying a booked bungalow by bank transfer, the reason for payment shall indicate the number of the booking, as well as the name of the holder of the booking.

The confirmation of the booking contains Information for the payment.

In case the client wishes to receive an invoice for the payment made by bank transfer or electronically, they have to send us the invoice details immediately after receiving the booking confirmation. When paying locally, you only need to inform the servicing receptionist and provide the invoice details.

Reimbursement of amounts paid by bank transfer or electronically shall be made to the bank account of the client from which the payment was made within 10 working days.

Reimbursement of amounts paid in cash shall be made locally at the reception of the campsite.

Cancellation conditions:

A 50% of the booking value is required as a security deposit. The payment by the client shall be made within no more than 2 (two) days after sending a confirmation email from Camping Yuzhen Bryag Camping EOOD.

The additional payment, amounting to 50% of the booking value, shall be made up to 30 days before check-in.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 60 days before the date of accommodation, the amount paid in advance by the client will be reimbursed and the booking will be considered cancelled.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days before the date of accommodation, 50% of the amount paid in advance by the client will be reimbursed and the booking will be considered cancelled.

For cancellations made 30 days before the date of accommodation the full amount of the paid booking will be deducted as a penalty.

If the client does not pay or does not provide a payment document for a deposit within the specified payment period, Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD reserves the right to cancel the booking by notifying the client of the cancelled booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking on the day of accommodation or in case of non-appearance of the client, the entire value of the paid booking is deducted as a penalty.

In the event of earlier departure, the value of the unused part of the booking is not reimbursed.

In relation with the epidemiological situation worldwide and force majeure - quarantine or a test showing the presence of a disease or infection, a voucher for the paid value valid for 12 months is issued.

Accommodation terms:

The working time of the reception is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Accommodation in the campsite starts from 2:00 p.m.

The client is obliged to provide all the data requested by the receptionist, necessary for the implementation of the accommodation.

Accommodation of children:

o Baby cots are provided for free. They have to be requested in advance when booking. Pets: o Clients have to inform for the presence of a pet during the stay, at the time of booking or no later than 7 days before check-in. o It is permitted to accommodate clients with dogs weighing up to 5 kg in the bungalows of Camping Gradina, after payment of a deposit of BGN 300 before check-in. o If the pet is over five kg and the client refuses accommodation due to non-admission of the pet, the amount paid is not reimbursed. o Pets have to be under the constant control and cares of the client. o In case of a damage caused by a pet, the campsite will deduct an amount from the deposit corresponding to the damage caused. o Upon check-out of the clients and on finding no damage caused by the pet, the deposit is reimbursed. Failure to comply with these conditions is grounds for cancellation of the booking, and in terms of the current rental relations, it is grounds for their unilateral, early termination.

Check-out terms:

All customers are obliged to release the premises in which they are accommodated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-out from the bungalow. In the event of a late check-out from the bungalow the following penalty is due:

o In case of delay of payment, a penalty of 50% of the value of the price per night is due. In the event of a damage caused by the client to property owned by the campsite, if the damage is caused by using the particular item for a purpose different from the usual one, the client has to pay the value of the damaged item, according to the price list available in each bungalow. There is an inventory list available in each bungalow as well as a price list for the items in it. in the event of a lack of an item from the inventory of the bungalow, the client has to pay for the lacking item. In the event of lost/forgotten items found by the clients, they have to contact Camping Gradina by e-mail as soon as possible and notify the employees about the loss, with a description of each of the items: type, model, size, colour and other individual characteristics of the item as well as a description of any relevant facts and circumstances. The campsite employees shall provide assistance to the clients.

Client behaviour and damages:

Camping Gradina reserves the right to seek compensation from its clients for all ill-intentioned acts that do not comply with good manners and generally accepted norms, and lead to damage to the hotel property.

The clients are required to observe decent behaviour on the territory of Camping Gradina and keep silence in the hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., as well as not to disturb the privacy and tranquillity of the rest of the guests of Camping Gradina.

CARAVANS

1. Terms and conditions for reservations:

• Upon reservation and check-in, each client is obliged to get familiar with, accept and fulfil his obligations of the Regulations for the internal order of the campsite, which can be found on the website of Camping "Gradina" and displayed in a prominent place at the reception. Along with this, accept these General Terms and Conditions, regardless of how the reservation was made (online, by phone or on the spot).

• Reservations can be made by phone: +359 888 77 33 44 or via e-mail: reservations@campinggradina.com, directly on our webpage: https://campinggradina.com or on site in Camping Gradina.

• In the period between the inquiry and the actual reservation, the availability might change and this may result in a change in the original price or its availability.

• All reservations will remain temporary until the client’s payment of the stated below deposit which confirms the reservation. After receiving the deposit, the Camping will send the client a notification message for confirming the reservation.

• After receiving a payment in advance from the client, the reservation is valid and is considered CONFIRMED.

• Each reservation is personal and the client is responsible for making any changes in it.

• If the client makes a reservation on behalf of a third party, the client must provide a detailed information for the reservation holder. The client is obliged to inform the reservation holder about our General terms and conditions.

• For the entire period of stay, the camper has the right to free access for 1 /one/ pc. Vehicle, for which he receives a pass at the reception. For each pass received, the camper pays a deposit of BGN 20. Upon payment of the deposit, the camper receives a receipt, which he must keep until leaving the campsite. Upon return of the provided pass and presentation of the receipt, the administrator on duty will refund the deposit paid.

• When making a reservation, the customer should indicate registration number of the car that will be entitled to free access.

2. Prices and payments:

• All listed prices are for a plot for the whole season (01.05-30.09.2024) and they include: • VAT • Tourist tax • Insurance • Parking space for one vehicle • Free Wi-Fi • Up to four registered persons on one overnight caravan plot of land • Use of sanitary facilities /showers, WC/ • The prices do not include the costs of the consumed electrical energy and water. Each plot has an individual electricity meter and water meter, which are reported monthly. Payment for the consumed electricity and water is made by the 10th of the following month. In case of late payment, the lessor has the right to interrupt the supply of electricity and water. The tenants of each parcel are charged a fee for household waste, in the amount of 1 /one/ BGN per day for the months of June, July and August, which is paid by the tenants by the 10th of the month following the month for which it was charged.

Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD accepts the following payment methods:

• In cash, in Bulgarian levs • Through a POS terminal, on site • By bank transfer to the following bank account:

3. Payments and invoices:

• When paying for a plot by bank transfer, the reason for payment should include the reservation number, the number of the reserved plot, as well as the name of the person to whom the reservation was made.

• Payment information is contained in the booking confirmation.

• In case the customer wishes to receive an invoice for the payment made by bank or other electronic means, he must send us the invoice details immediately after receiving the confirmation of the reservation. When paying on the spot, you only need to notify the reception staff serving you and provide the invoice details.

• Reimbursement of amounts paid by bank or other electronic means is made to the client's bank account from which the payment was made, within 10 working days.

• Refunds of amounts paid in cash are made on the spot, at the reception of the Camping.

4. Cancellation conditions:

• The guest pays 100% of the amount due for the entire stay upon reservation, within 3 (three) working days after confirmation by CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD that the plot can be rented.

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount of the advance payment is returned only on the condition that the cancellation is made 30 /thirty days/ before the start date for the start of the 2024 season – 01.05.2024.

• In case of cancellation after this period, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD retains 100% of the amount paid in advance.

• In case of reservation and accommodation after the start date for the start of the 2024 season – 01.05.2024, the guest pays 100% of the total amount due for the entire stay within 3 (three) working days after confirmation by CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD, that the plot can be rented. • In case of cancellation of a reservation made after the start of the season, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD EOOD retains 100% of the amount paid.

• In the event that the amount of the advance payment is not paid within the specified period, the reservation is cancelled.

5. Accommodation conditions:

• The working hours of the Reception are from 00:00 to 24:00. Camping equipment /caravans/ must be on site at Camping Garden between April 25th and 30th to be positioned by May 1st according to the camping equipment placement scheme published on the official website of "CAMPING SOUTH COAST" EOOD, and this is the duty of every caravan owner.

• Placing caravans on the territory of the camp is made by employees and equipment of the campsite from 09:00 to 17:00.

• Upon arrival outside the specified check-in hours, the caravan is left on the camping grounds, and deployment and connection to electricity and water supply is carried out the next day.

• The allowed number of persons, accommodated in one plot is up to 4 /four/ people. After prior notification, up to 3 more persons may be admitted to one plot, with the status of visiting tourists to the camper. All persons on the territory of the Camping are subject to registration at the reception upon arrival.

• Accommodation of camping equipment takes place according to a scheme for the deployment of camping equipment, posted in CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD official website. Persons under the age of 18 are accommodated only with a companion (parent).

• The customer is obliged to provide all the data requested by the receptionist, necessary to carry out the check-in.

• Pets:

Pets are allowed on the territory of the Camping for caravan stays. The walking of pets freely on the territory of Camping Gradina is prohibited. Dogs must be walked on a lead, and large breeds must wear a muzzle. Cleaning up after pets is a must!

6. Conditions for leaving:

• It is mandatory to vacate the caravan plot by 12:00. In case of non-observance of the release time, the violator owes the Camping a monetary penalty in the amount of half of the value of one night's stay, according to the current price list.

• Before leaving, each user is obliged to clean the plot he is vacating.

• In case of non-release and impossibility to make contact with the person registered in the Camping, the management has the right to suspend the supply of electricity and water supply.

• If the plot is not vacated within three days, after the end of the stay, the management has the right to forcefully remove the camping vehicle from the Camping area. In this case, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD is not responsible for any damage caused by this. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules, the camper, who has rented a plot, declares his consent and does not object to the right of CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD to take the camping equipment out of the area of the Camping.

7. Client’s behaviour and damages:

• Camping Gradina reserves the right to seek compensation from its customers for all malicious acts that do not correspond to good manners and generally accepted norms and lead to damage to the property of the Camping.

• The clients are obliged to observe decent behaviour on the territory Camping Gradina and keep quiet in the hours between 14:00 to 16:00 and 23:00 to 8:00, as well as not to disturb the privacy and tranquillity of the other vacationers at Camping Gradina.
