Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway with Bashar Rahal

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY The principal for the Giveaway ("the Game") is CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD, ID No.: 202039452, VAT ID: BG202039452, Address: Chernomorets, locality Akladi-Cheiri, Camping Gradina, represented by Ivan Stefanov Krastanov and Ralitsa Todorova Dragneva. The Organizer of the Game is the advertising agency Brand New Ideas EOOD, Sofia, 1 Brussels Blvd (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). Participants in the Game are required to comply with the conditions, deadlines, and regulations outlined in these official rules of the Game (hereinafter referred to as "Official Rules"). The Official Rules will be publicly available for the entire duration of the Game on the official website of Camping Gradina: https://campinggradina.com

SECTION 2. LOCATION OF THE GIVEAWAY The Game is organized and conducted on Bashar Rahal’s Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/basharrahal

SECTION 3. GAME PERIOD The Game runs from August 6 to August 13 (inclusive). The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the period if necessary, with public notification.

SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY The Game is open to all individuals over the age of 18, who have a public Instagram profile and fulfill the conditions described in point 4. Employees of the Principal, the Organizer, and their campaign partners are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants declare that they are at least 18 years old. They also declare that they are legally and unrestrictedly entitled to perform all actions related to their participation in this Game.

If a prize is won by a participant who has not reached the age of 18 on the date of the prize draw, the Organizer may, at its discretion, award the prize to another participant in accordance with the procedures set forth in these rules. Participation in the Game is not conditional on any purchase. Participation through fake profiles or by any other method intended to increase the chance of winning is not allowed.

SECTION 5. GAME MECHANICS Any person who meets these rules and who, during the Game period: • Comments under the Giveaway post and tags at least three friends in the comment • Follows the profile of Camping Gradina: https://www.instagram.com/campinggradina • Follows the profile of Bashar Rahal: https://www.instagram.com/basharrahal is eligible to participate. All conditions must be met by the campaign's end date.

SECTION 6. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE One (1) winner will be selected. The prize is four nights’ accommodation in a GardenView bungalow (single bed, for 2–4 persons) at Camping Gradina. The prize can be used between August 20 and October 12, 2025, subject to campsite availability. and is provided directly by the Organizer.

SECTION 7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS The winner will be determined by random draw from the participants who meet the conditions, using a software tool by Bashar Rahal. The name and/or Instagram handle of the selected winner will be announced via Instagram Story on Bashar Rahal’s profile within 5 business days from the end of the Game. The Organizer will also contact the winner via direct message on the Instagram profile used for participation. The winner must respond to the Organizer’s message (per pt. 7.52) within 3 business days of receiving it, providing their full name and personal identification number (EGN). If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining participants. The winner is obligated to cooperate with the Organizer on all matters related to the prize collection. If the winner fails to cooperate and thus prevents an agreement regarding prize acceptance and delivery, the Organizer is not held responsible. The agreed-upon period for accepting the prize cannot be extended, and failure to comply with it will result in the loss of the right to claim the prize. In the event that the winner refuses to provide their personal data to the Organizer, fails to claim the prize, or refuses to confirm their identity to the Organizer upon arrival at Camping Gradina, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and it will not be awarded to another participant. Until the prize is awarded, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the conditions and rules described herein. The Organizer is not responsible if the participant fails to provide required information. The Organizer may disqualify any participant who violates the rules at any time without further explanation.

SECTION 8. PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING, VALIDATING, AND RECEIVING THE PRIZE Valid entries are those that meet the criteria of Section 4 and Section 5, and are submitted within the timeframe specified in Section 3. The Organizer and its representatives reserve the right to disregard and delete any comments they deem inappropriate and/or inconsistent with the Official Rules, without any obligation for discussion or communication. All decisions made by the Organizer are final and not subject to appeal. The Organizer is not liable to third parties if participants violate these clauses or infringe upon their rights or legal interests.

SECTION 9. LIABILITY The Organizer will not correspond regarding unawarded claims after the Game has ended. The Organizer bears no responsibility and will not cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the Game. Limitations of liability – The Organizer is not responsible for: incorrect or misleading usernames, duplication of information by malicious parties, technical inability to register due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, communication failures regardless of cause, loss of participant data due to technical or unforeseen circumstances, or other force majeure events. The Organizer is not liable for damages not directly and immediately resulting from the participant’s involvement in the Game. In the event of premature termination of the Game due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer owes no compensation to participants.

SECTION 10. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

SECTION 11. TERMINATION OF THE GAME The Organizer reserves the irrevocable right to terminate the Game at any time, with a public announcement per Section 1, in the event of abuse, mass rule violations, or force majeure. No compensation will be owed to participants in such cases.

SECTION 12. PERSONAL DATA By participating in the game, participants agree that the personal data they voluntarily provide may be used by the Organizer for the purposes of organizing and conducting the game, including providing such data to third parties engaged in the organization of the game. All personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and all other applicable data protection legislation. By participating in the game, each participant declares that some of the data they provide constitutes personal data and falls under the protection of the Personal Data Protection Act, and they give their consent for the collected data to be processed by the Organizer/Contractor or by third parties (partners and/or subcontractors). In conducting the present game, the Organizer reserves the right to collect and administer the personal data of participants related to their participation in the game. No additional personal data will be collected from participants without their consent. A participant may request the removal (cancellation) of their registration and participation in the game at any time by deleting their comment. In doing so, they waive their right to participate in the game from that moment onward. The removal (cancellation) of registration and participation at the participant’s initiative is irrevocable and final. All participants give their voluntary consent for their personal data to be collected and stored for the purposes of conducting the game. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation related to the protection of personal data collected during the game. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of participants’ personal data and to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation. The Organizer undertakes to provide the personal data of the winning participants to third parties for the purposes of arranging accommodation at Camping Gradina.

SECTION 13. MISCELLANEOUS The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the game and/or disqualify any participant(s) who have violated these Terms and Conditions in any way, as well as in cases of suspected abuse, circumvention, or breach of these rules, or in the presence of other circumstances requiring the suspension/termination of the game. Any disputes between the Organizer and participant(s) shall be resolved through negotiations, and if that is not possible – in accordance with the applicable general legal procedures of the Republic of Bulgaria.
